Before joining PSD\, Michael was a Senior Associate of Building Energy Codes at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP). Michael also worked as a RESNET Certified HERS Rater in Massachusetts\, where he coached builders on energy-efficient design practices and helped enforce the Massachusetts Stretch Code.
