DESCRIPTION:A State and Capewide Perspective on the Residential Stretch Code \n\nwith Michael Rossi from PSD and Chris Mazzola from Home Energy Raters\n\n1 CEU \n\n\n\nWhile Michael provided an overview of the residential stretch code last year\, the code was still new. Now that there's been a year to adjust to it\, we'll cover both the finer points and how it's being implemented here on the Cape\, with Chris Mazzola covering the regional perspective.\n\n \nMichael Rossi\, Energy Code Specialist\, PSD Consulting\n\n \n\nBio:\n\nMichael is an Energy Code Specialist at Performance Systems Development where he supports the Massachusetts Codes and Standard Compliance and Support Initiative from Mass Save\, and provides Energy Code training and technical support to building professionals across the commonwealth. Before joining PSD\, Michael was a Senior Associate of Building Energy Codes at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP). Michael also worked as a RESNET Certified HERS Rater in Massachusetts\, where he coached builders on energy-efficient design practices and helped enforce the Massachusetts Stretch Code.
