Jesse Wade, CBE
Economist and Director of Tax and Trade Policy Analysis, National Association of Home Builders
Jesse will provide an overview of the latest macroeconomic trends, including GDP growth, inflation, and monetary policy, before examining key housing demand indicators and the supply-side challenges currently facing home builders.
The presentation will conclude with NAHB's national housing market forecast and outlook for the years ahead, giving attendees a look at the economic conditions and trends that may shape the residential construction and housing industries.
Jesse is an economist and Director of Tax and Trade Policy Analysis for NAHB, where his work focuses on state and federal tax data, international trade, and building materials. He previously served as an economist in NAHB's Forecasting and Analysis Department. Jesse holds a master's degree in applied economics from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Business Economist through the National Association for Business Economics.
Brandi Snowden
Director of Member and Consumer Survey Research, National Association of Home Builders
Brandi Snowden is part of NAHB's Survey Research and Communications group, where she directs the production and dissemination of survey research reports and serves as a liaison between the Research Department and consumers and non-members.
Brandi holds a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
