About

Building or remodeling on Cape Cod should be one of the most exciting things you ever do, not a second full-time job. Fitzgerald Custom Homes is an Orleans-based builder of high-performance custom homes, remodels, additions and exteriors, working with year-round residents and second-home owners from the bridges to Provincetown.

Founded in 2007, with more than 25 years of experience building on Cape Cod, we're a systems-driven team. Every project gets a dedicated project manager, a scope and budget aligned up front, and consistent communication, so you know what's happening on site even when you can't be there. Blown budgets, missed schedules and quiet job sites are a systems problem, and we've spent years solving it with rigorous project management and a trusted network of trade partners.
