At Cape Associates, our mission is to build lasting relationships with both our customers and employees through a steadfast commitment to quality and integrity. As a third-generation family business, the company is now led by the grandchildren of founder Lester F. Langhans, Jr., continuing a legacy rooted in craftsmanship and trust. Cape Associates operates as a full-service custom home builder, offering comprehensive services that include design, permitting, cost estimating, and a wide range of renovation and improvement work such as painting, tiling, and millwork. Following Lester’s leadership, Michael Cole served as president and guided the company through a period of significant growth and diversification, expanding its capabilities by developing key departments like Services, Painting, and Property Management. Today, under President Matthew H. Cole, Cape Associates continues to grow and evolve, supported by a team of more than 120 full-time, year-round employees and a strong foundation built for the future.
