About Us

SBS One Source is headed by Chris Dias, President and Owner, who leads a team of over 50 professionals who not only cover Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard, but most of Massachusetts with a wide range of home building products that include many exclusive window and door lines.

SBS One Source was born out of a focus on providing architects with industry leading products and providing builders the flexibility and support that they need from a supplier. From the original office and warehouse space in Brewster, SBS One Source has expanded to include an extremely unique Window and Door Showroom in Pembroke to a full-service Lumber Yard in Vineyard Haven. Architectural products that builders appreciate, all supported by a team of gifted people who are committed to both.
