Heather Harper, Community Design / Affordable Housing Specialist with the Cape Cod Commission will present the results of the Commission's recently completed housing market analysis which puts numbers to the existing supply and demand, and looks 10 years down the road.
The study provides detailed measurements of existing housing shortages and forecasted supply-and-demand gaps over the next 10 years and serves as a basis for regional strategies to meet identified needs.
Shawn MacInnes, PE, Municipal Operations Director for the Town of Yarmouth, will also speak about Yarmouth's Green Initiative.
