November Dinner Meeting - Flood Insurance MEMBERS ONLY

Joe Rossi, Rogers & Gray Insurance flood specialist, will be our guest speaker. Joe will cover the latest news regarding new construction and remodeling issues in a flood zone, and overall flood insurance information.

Rossi formed the nonprofit Marshfield Citizens Coastal Coalition in February 2012, seeking stronger citizen representation on coastal issues and to educate citizens on flood insurance and mapping issues, according to the statement. In 2014, he started Flood Insurance Services of America, a consulting firm specializing in helping clients reduce premiums as well as addressing the challenges they face with compliance and mitigation. He is an associate of national flood insurance and also acquired his certified floodplain manager certification in 2016, one of the highest certifications in the flood insurance industry.

Rossi is a member of the board of directors for the National Flood Determination Association, a trade organization for producers of flood zone determinations, and he received his architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Rogers & Gray was founded in 1906 and employs a team of more than 150 insurance professionals.
