The new OSHA Silica Standard in Construction (1926.1153), is now in full implementation. If you or your company engage in creating dust that contains silica, this law must be complied with.
The new standard contains items that impact employers significantly. Leadsmart's training will explain the various items to the employer, supervisor and worker thus meeting the training requirement of the standard.
