Tammy Cunningham | President, Cape Cod HR Association
Tammy Cunningham is the Deputy Director of Human Resources in the Town of Barnstable serving in this capacity since 2005. In addition to this position, in 2022 she was named the ADA (Americans Disability Act) Coordinator for the organization. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a master’s in public administration with a focus on Human Resources from Suffolk University. She also holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional from PSHRA.
Myra Quick | Vice President, Cape Cod HR Association
Myra Quick is the founder and President of Fast Forward Learning and Development, a service company that offers HR consulting for small businesses, and training and development programs for all size organizations. Myra is a human resource professional with 25 years of experience in the industry. She possesses a deep understanding of human resource operations, recruitment, retention and workforce development. She holds a SHRM CP certification and is an award-winning speaker skilled in live as well as virtual presentations. She possesses extensive experience in SHRM affiliate chapters.
Matt Poepsel, PhD | Board Member, Cape Cod HR Association
Matt Poepsel, PhD is the author of Expand the Circle: Enlightened Leadership for Our New World of Work and host of the Lead the People podcast. He serves as Vice President & Godfather of Talent Optimization at The Predictive Index. He holds a PhD in Psychology, an MBA, and a Harvard Business School Certificate of Management Excellence. Matt is a part-time faculty member at Boston College where he teaches in the areas of leadership, human resources, and business spirituality.
