9th Annual Residential Construction Career (RCC) Day
A Cape-wide event to introduce and engage high school students to the various careers in the residential construction field. Member professionals from a variety of residential construction related businesses will be available to answer questions, demonstrate, and interactively display opportunities.

Invest 4 hours in the Workforce of Tomorrow
Spark an interest in the trades in a high schooler by becoming an exhibitor or sponsor! The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod along with Mass Hire Cape & Islands Workforce Board are pleased to bring this premier event to our Association and partners. This year we expect 350 Junior and Seniors at the event, all interested in careers in the building industry and related trades. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company, invite students to fill out applications and introduce the students to apprentice and internship opportunities within your company.
You will be participating in an award winning program: Our 2022 event was the recipient of The Best Workforce Program with an AEA Award from the National Association of Home Builders.
Following are details for your consideration:
Date: October 16, 2025 9am-1pm. Set up is available October 15 from 11am-3pm
Location: The Fairgrounds, Nathan Ellis Highway, Falmouth, MA. Enter at Gate 1 on the right, from Route 151. Cones will be out to mark the entrance.
Cost: $100.00 per exhibit (this helps us cover the cost of the venue)
Exhibits: Both indoor and outdoor exhibit space is available to vendors. Outside space is available with power.
Inside exhibits are available with a table and power is available.
We would also need to know if you would like your table
against a wall (for backdrop, display etc.)
A description of the type of exhibit you will have. Such as equipment, display, interactive activity ? etc.
