Join us for our March Monthly Dinner Meeting, featuring a one-hour presentation on how well-drafted construction contracts can help protect your business, improve payment outcomes, and reduce disputes. This timely session will provide builders and industry professionals with practical insights and guidance to support compliance, strengthen operations, and minimize risk, followed by dinner and networking with fellow members.
About the Speaker
Jed Ruccio has been practicing law for over 20 years, focusing on construction and real estate matters, goods and services contracts, and dispute resolution, including trial and appellate work. His clients have included landlords, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, designers, schools, utilities, retailers, manufacturers, condominium associations, and homeowners.
Prior to founding Ruccio Law, Jed served as Chief of the Bid Protest Unit in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, was a partner at a real estate law boutique, and led the construction group at a nationally ranked East Coast law firm.
Jed is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Hingham and a former Co-Chair of the Infrastructure Council of the Urban Land Institute of Boston/New England. He has also been named an Empire State Counsel Honoree in recognition of his pro bono service, including family law and immigration work for Kids In Need of Defense (KIND).
