Join us for our March Monthly Dinner Meeting, featuring a highly anticipated one-hour CSL-approved presentation on how well-drafted construction contracts can protect your business, improve payment outcomes, and reduce disputes. This timely session will provide builders and industry professionals with practical insights, regulatory updates, and guidance to help projects stay compliant and on track, followed by dinner and networking with fellow members.
About the Speaker
Jed Ruccio is a founding partner of Ruccio Law and has been practicing law for more than 20 years, with a focus on construction law, real estate matters, contracts for goods and services, and dispute resolution. His clients have included landlords, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, designers, schools, utilities, retailers, manufacturers, condominium associations, and homeowners.
Prior to founding Ruccio Law, Jed served as Chief of the Bid Protest Unit in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, was a partner at a real estate law boutique, and led the construction group at a nationally ranked East Coast law firm. He currently serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Hingham and is a former Co-Chair of the Infrastructure Council of the Urban Land Institute of Boston/New England. He has also been named an Empire State Counsel Honoree in recognition of his pro bono service.
