Alternate Septic System Program through Barnstable County
Brian Baumgaertel serves as the Director of the Wastewater Division and the Massachusetts Alternative Septic System Test Center (MASSTC), within the Department of Health and Environment at Barnstable County, the regional government of Cape Cod.
