Spray Foam Lead Applicator / Division Manager
Spray Foam Lead Applicator / Division Manager
Cape Save — South Yarmouth, MA / Cape Cod
Full-time | $70,000 – $95,000 base + uncapped performance pay | Year-round work
About the Role
Cape Save is hiring an experienced Spray Foam Lead Applicator / Division Manager to help lead, operate, and grow our closed cell spray foam division.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will estimate jobs, help close sales, plan and run projects, operate the rig, supervise a helper, maintain the equipment, help manage inventory, and play a direct role in the performance of the division. The better the division performs, the more you make. Base salary provides a strong floor, and performance pay is uncapped.
You will be the lead person in the spray foam division, with management support on scheduling, pricing, marketing, estimating systems, and back-office operations.
This position is primarily focused on closed cell spray foam, but it also requires selling and installing retrofit insulation work when needed, including insulation, air sealing, ventilation, crawl space, and weatherization-related scopes.
This is not an entry-level or learn-on-the-job position. You must have already operated a spray foam rig, estimated and sold spray foam jobs, and managed projects and crew members to completion. If you have been doing this for someone else and want the opportunity to help run and grow a serious spray foam division, with compensation tied directly to performance, we want to hear from you.
Who This Is a Good Fit For
This is a strong fit for someone who has already been running spray foam jobs and wants more control, more upside, and a long-term home with a stable Cape Cod company.
You may be a lead applicator, spray foam foreman, or working manager who knows you can sell, run jobs, manage quality, and help grow a division if given the right equipment, support, and compensation structure.
